How to claim

Once you’ve made your Park Plaza booking, we’ll send you the link to claim your discounted Merlin tickets within four hours for any of the below attractions.

 

 

Check your spam/junk accounts if you haven’t recieved the email within four hours, or email     [email protected] with your reservation details for more help.

Terms & Conditions

  • This offer gives Park Plaza guests the option of booking up to 4 discounted tickets to the following London attractions; The Lastminute.com London Eye, The London Dungeon, Shrek’s Adventure! London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and Madame Tussauds London.
  • Tickets are subject to availability at time of purchase
    The offer is as stated as a % off the ticket price.
  •  Tickets are based on gate price, on the day rate.
  •  This offer is pre-book only and tickets must be purchased in advance, they cannot be bought on the day of your visit at the attraction.

  •  The London Dungeon is open from 10.00am – 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11.00am-5.00pm on Thursdays, 10am-6.00pm on Saturdays and 10am-4pm on Sundays.  All times are subject to change. Please check the attraction website before travelling.
